Hey Scotty. I'll see what I can dig up. How was STL? You get your fill of Imo's and Schlafly?

Man... every time I see you posted in your thread I hope to see that crate #6 arrived with your 690. This waiting has to suck ass for you.
Not trying to rub salt, just commiserating. Fingers crossed.

Well, the HHE did make it to port yesterday. It's here in Dakar and they say the bike really is in crate #6. Now we have to wait and see how long the Customs guys take before letting me have it.

Good news on your bike arriving!

I ate Imo's twice and drank a six of Schlafly oatmeal stout.

Great trip............would have been better if the Cardinals were in town:D

The beer choices in Dakar pretty much come down to these:

And since I think life is too short to drink shitty beer................

RaiderRed agreed to teach me how to do this:

I've already tried some of his homebrew and it's good to go. So in a few weeks we should be drinking some good beer and in a few months I hope to be brewing up some stuff as well.:beer

The best beer always comes from home, and I am with gastone much longer until we get to see pictures of the bike in the desert ?

No bike yet. Our shipping department did work a crack deal so we will receive our HHE tomorrow but the bike stays in purgatory for a while longer.:cry
