You can buy Crowfoot adapters for use with any torque wrench. You must apply a correction factor to the torque setting to account for the change in the lever-arm distance. Here's an example of crowsfoot adapters. That said, get a feel for how tight it is a couple times, and then do it by hand thereafter.
Or, just be normal and snug it with a regular wrench. If you want to be technical, a solid German Guddentight is more than enough.
