glad I decided not to fly 'n ride...:huh

It was cold and raining in Vegas, and it didn't take long for the snow to fly.
This is just <s>north</s> south of Cedar City, UT - just north of St. George. It was snowing by Toquerville.

In Grand Junction this morning, gassing up before leaving - wanted to get back in time for the game :D

I am glad you took the truck also. That would have been awful on a bike.

Great to have a sunny day to take a few pictures before we get snowed in and I have to ogle it under fluorescent shop lighting in the garage. :bluduh :lol3

I was more than a little surprised to find that these things sound and feel better than they look.
I'll ride to work tomorrow, have Fay Myers do a VIN check and get plates for it.

PO put Thruxton needles in (richer taper than the lean stockers), "uncovered" the fuel/air screw and turned it out 1/2 turn - it carburets perfectly.

New chain, battery, tires, and clutch. Original clutch was fine but he said it felt strange, so he put in a new clutch with heavy duty springs and it got the original feel back.
The whole thing feels like new at 14,800 miles - runs like a swiss watch.

Nice Bike Blake, but I will bet all the Beer I won on the last "how long will Blake keep this bike" game show that this beauty does not last past the coming tax day:freaky

    Anyone else care to play?

I've been drooling over these since they first came out. Can I have dibs on first right of refusal, Blake?

That's a much more polite way to say essentially the same thing toddler just did....so yes :lol3

I still have an HJC dirt helmet for you, Oz - I'll bring it up one sunny weekend and you take it for a spin. Pretty cool bikes.

I have a hard time justifying congratulating Blake on buying a new motorcycle. It's kind of like congratulating someone for getting out of bed in the morning :lol3

But it's good. Now there's a great W650 on the front range so one of us can buy it when Blake's done looking at it without having to drive very far. :lol3
