I had a few instances early on where I could get multiple items without moving the bike. I try to find those, but haven't been lucky enough in a while.

I checked and couldn't find a ski shop anywhere around F'ville. Figured I was safe from at least T6D on this one.

Looking at the wildcard I figured I could put the bike in front of a computer and pull up craigslist as the place to sell stolen stuff.

Forgive me for being new if I screw this up......

The trip was sort of ad libbed. Wanted to do a good ride for my son's graduation and had multiple routes mapped out before we left. One into New England, one to Cape Canaveral, one heading west into AL, AR, TN and a loop through NC, VA, SC and wherever else we could hit in 9 days. Ended up leaving a day late and getting back a day early for various reasons, but this route worked out best. Always wanted to do Skyline/BRP end to end and it was well worth it.

I grew up in Fairfax and Loudoun and still have friends there and in Harper's Ferry. Will definitely be heading back that way. First real vacation I've had since the 90s and I decided I want to do something like this at least once or twice/year.
