The forcast calls for 75 degrees on Wednesday in Washington, DC.

Anyone interested in a ride? I was thinking of exploring either the Canaan Valley/Parsons, WV area, or checking out side roads around 250/39... :evil

This will be a street ride, but if gravel/dirt stands in the way - as it has a tendency to do - who am I to say no...

I'm open to meeting spots and times.

How about 930am, at Sheetz in Haymarket, VA. (is this too early? Too late?) It is right off of 66 and 55 and a good starting point for either ride.

Be warned, I don't have a GPS right now, and I expect to get lost. :evil

When do you plan on returning? DC-Parsons is like 200 miles each way. That's nearly 8 hours of riding for The Mighty Rebel, just getting there and back.

The weather man has revised his outlook to a high of 80 degrees!!!

I will be at Sheetz at 930am. Hope to see some faces there, and we can talk about where to enjoy this great riding weather, either by taking one of my proposed routes, or maybe you guys can show me some routes...

I must have missed you by a few lonely minutes. Got to Sheetz coming on 10am, saw nobody, and took off around the back road byways north and west of Warrenton, where I had to be later that afternoon anyway. Took some good pics. See them in the trip report forum.

    Maybe next time!
