690 Wiki Thread

I did a valve check this weekend and added some pictures and descriptions, and cleaned up the spam, so that page should be good to keep as is :)

Alright made a backup of everything and the wiki's going down for a bit.

OK that went smoother than expected. We're back up and I've cleaned up all the spam. I've also locked it down so no one can update except users, but no one can create users except me (the spam bots were getting through the user creation captchas). So the good news is when updating there are no more captchas.

So if anyone wants an account to make edits let me know. Or just send me whatever you want me to put up.

I used to be able to login to the Wiki to view the pictures... I can't login anymore. My username is buddoggin.

Can you not see the pictures when not logged in? You should be able to. If you were checking a few minutes ago I hadn't re-uploaded all the pics yet.

Because the spam was so extensive I had to basically copy the content off and nuke everything and start over from scratch so there are no user accounts that were there before.

I'm looking at the Valve Check under the Garage/How to. No pics, just the filenames, and it says I need to login to view them.... can't login.

Oh yeah, the valve check pictures were half lost so they aren't fully complete. When I tear into my bike in the next week or to for a check I am going to take new pictures. So those pictures just don't exist.

You shouldn't have to login to view, that's just to add pictures for those links that were added into the page.

Looks like the ISP's network is down at my place, so the wiki's down as well. Friggin' snow.

And we're back!

The Wiki will be going down from approximately July 5 to July 20-21st while I'm between apartments and hobo camping in the woods.

It will! I'm just between apartments and decided to camp in the national forest instead of crash with friends or get a hotel for two weeks.

It does not suck . Only a 45-50 minute drive to work, and I shower at a gym or have a small solar shower at camp.

If you want a permanent host for that info I'd be happy to host it for you. I do quite a bit of website development and hosting and will set up an account for ya for free.
