Seein that us AA county people don't have a thread thought I'd post here. Thanks Mick

We're doing our annual back roads ride to Budds Creek for the national on June 22 leaving the Motoranch at 8:30. Heard some chatter from people going to Unaeffindilla so thought there might be interest in Budds. Leading down with the Ural so we won't be in a hurry.:lol3 Anybody?

Hey Motoranch, :waveAnytime! Sounds like a nice ride.

Sidecar Jockey, you should meet Motoranch and vice-versa. He would know some good AA County roads. Anne Arundel starts just south of Brooklyn, Balto City .

    And for kicks and giggles.

You know, I'm taking off for Columbia, Missouri, today to see some old friends. My plan for tonight was to make it as far as Zanesville, OH, and maybe just find some bandit camping right off the highway. And of all the dangers inherent in bandit camping, I didn't think the possibility of being mauled by a tiger was one. :huh

Maybe I'll get a hotel room.

Considering the weather you're about to ride into, yes, a hotel room sounds like a good idea!

(This from the guy who rode from Durham NC home to Baltimore Monday afternoon and evening, getting home at ten PM...)

Oh man. I love Durham. If I take the eastern route back, I might swing through & get some nachos at the Federal lounge.

Anyone have info on this 'road'?
    https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msi...ll=39.823996,-76.526792&spn=0.013612,0.021501

I rode by here the other day, but I didnt check it out because my friend was on his recently washed crotch rocket and didnt want to get it dirty...

Anyway, I drew a line on the Google map along where I can see a road / trail going through the woods (zoom in in satellite view, you can see it). There is definitely a small bridge where it crosses the river for the first time.

I did not see any signs marking it as private property (but i went by pretty quick so I could have missed them).... so I'm thinking about going back and checking it out. I dont know why, but little roads like this that go into the woods interset me.

Anyone ever ridden on it or know if it goes anywhere? MAybe it just dead ends in the woods?

By the way, I rode behind VACommuter last week. He on a K1200 hack and me on a K1200rs. The guy can hall ass on that hack.
