I know people that freak out if it starts raining when they're out riding, go straight home and clean their chains. :eek1

Yeah, that's a bit much. I just look for the next water crossing to clean it:D.

Actually the sun came out and I got in a short run. Since I was riding alone I kept it short.

I took a little ride up to the Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia this weekend. 1500 mile round trip over 4 days, just got back about 11 pm tonight. It's great to have a dual sport with legs!

Nice! If I ever have a 650 single, it will be a DR. They're great bikes!

This is the 2000 I bought, before Slopez turned me on to the 2006. He told me about it while I was on the way for the 2000.

I managed to break my camera while in West Virginia but here's a photo one of my buddies took:

    Boom.

(I think the angry eyes I gave the Striple really gave it some character)

Good on ya both! Er...all three!
Sscratch. Looks like a great ride.
PsychoChem, sweet! Nice line. Looks like you were having a good time.
And Troy. Nice bike(s)! That 2K looks better than I had envisioned. But that '06 look well equipped.

Wish I had a pic of my new ride. But i haven't that the opportunity to get it presentable just yet. (I should be out there now!)

This is what happens when you let BLT lead at Livingston . . . give it a minute

To the uninitiated: Please note that NONE of the people who have rode with BLT are laughing.

That Erdberg video is priceless...but at least it was shared misery.

Try getting someone at a Hare Scramble to stop and help you get your bike out of a tree. Now that's hard...
