Here's a pic of the ABS wheel if anyone can let me know if this is something I can fix.

So apparently ABS and suspension aren't covered under warranty... Such a disappointment. :deal

It seems basic things like this that could stop the bike from running should be covered. :huh

So time for the background on this.

So I got this thing in April and it's already had two other major issues prior to this.

Fuel pump needed to be replaced, then after that it was idling on one cylinder and generally running horribly...

Injectors had to replaced for that one...

    Sweet.

This is why I never should have bought a BMW.

At least the dealer was top notch in service, and more than happy to give me a loaner bike.

So anyway, now the bike won't move at all, and I believe it's the ABS or possibly the suspension, I noticed that the front forks don't look right either, and it makes sense to me that the bike won't operate like this, but I'd like a second opinion from you fine folks.

Here's another view if it helps.

Have just one car make a left turn in front of you and these delicate things just fall apart! This would never happen to a KLR. :lol3

While you're working on the ABS and forks, you may want to take a closer look at the headlight fairing. I thought I noticed a crack that if not repaired, may get worse.

Once repaired, replace it with a 650 Strom.

I'll admit, you had me going. The ABS ring was weird, but I still didn't expect that second picture. :lol3

I think a fork seal is leaking. It probably swelled the brake pads...That's why it wont roll.

Glad you are able to have a sense of humor.

If you part her out, that clutch lever looks like new.

I can think of an easier way to change out your fork springs but I guess your method works all the same :dunno

I think if you remove the ABS ring and straighten it out everything else will fall in place. :eek1

Part that baby out if you don't get insurance money.
Hope the other driver had insurance.
It would never happen to a KLR because the car turning left would have got thru before the KLR even got there.:rofl
