Hi Inmates. I recently took a ride from Kl to Krabi in Thailand. It is the longest trip I've taken so far.My wife flew down and subsequently the ride pics are few as SWMBO is used to a certain degree of comfort , meaning A/C I've got a full write up in my blog and i'm posting a few teasers here. www.ninja650tourer.blogspot.com Enjoy . Early morning Malaysian Freeway Very large Buddha statue in Southern Thailand. Pakmeng Beach in Trang Province.Truly beautiful Sunset in Pakmeng Emerald pool Krabi. Its a natural pool along some river. Railey beach,Krabi. Staple form of transportation-longtail boats. On the ride back , a stop at a Thai/Chinese guild hall Thanks to everyone at ADV for keeping me riveted to the screen. This is just a small payback. Cheers.
rosmoe wrote no my friend. But generally the smaller cc bikes ride on the left most or emergency lane as everyone else is at or over the speed limit- 110kmph. Larger bikes of 250cc and above have no problems whatsoever. To the rest of the posters thanks for the kind words
It's an awesome trip, I've done this before. Terribly boring KL-Ipoh highway but two-wheelers go free bypassing the tolls...
