Can you pm price on tiger 800 road(not xc) shock? 175lb with gear. Not sure which brand to go with. Ohlins, elka? Whatever has beter deal at the moment. Need remote preload, compression and damping adjustment.

There is 3 Options of shocks but i only have pics of 2 of them.




All could be have either choice of BLACK or YELLOW springs FREE and Either choice of PROGRESSIVE RATE or LINEAR Options (ALL FREE to Swap ) and custom rate for your weight,etc.


1) The Base Ohlins (Not Shown) is a Monotubes ,(imagine the left ones with No Gold piggyback Resivoir or Sloped Cylinder Head) just a montube shock pair 364mm long.

2) Then S36P (piggyback like ones on left, as shown) 364mm long .

3) Then the "High -Fuluten" S36PR1CLB (means piggyback , Adjustable Rebound & compression , External Length Adjustable and Remote Stlye Spring Preloader Adjustable (has 10mm effect on sprgs +/ clip positions every 4 mm on body tube)

All eye-to-eye is 364mm , the adjustable length ones are 358 (plus 10mm)

Found out the Elka shocks we sell up to 2011 Will not fit the 2012 ,

The pic up points are claimed to be different so the One we have in the

catalog from 04-11 ends there.


Ohlins has 16 Shaft/46body Divided fluid and Nitrogen , availble with Optional Remote Spring Preloader we spoke about. (5 year Warranty)

Nitron we sell has has 14 shaft /40 body in seperated gas regular and with Preloader Option.

Race-tech Kits we sell offers a Fork CArt Emulater kit (shown 4th pic down /center row our web home page) best to be in used with a new set of .90-.95 springs most likely depending on your weight,etc. The Forks are basic Damper rod style on the DL-650 2012 (Unlike the cart DL 1000 V -strom) so a pair of Springs and the Cart.Emulater Kit is most helpful for least $ spent.

sitting here wondering when my shock will ship. Emailed you and as soon as i got home it was waiting for me. Now that's good response time
