I am cleaning out my desk and I think I remember this thing being important for some reason. Anyone know what it is? Thanks.

If so, it would be about an eight gauge, but I see where you are coming from.

I'm thinking steering stem nut wrench. I would never toss something that unusual just because I had a brain fart and couldn't remember what it was for.

Wrench or spanner head of some type. The right side fits into a flattened pipe end, to give you a handle to wrench on. At least that's how the wrench heads came on my old FZR.

    Bottle opener...:1drink

The tab on the right used to have a small handle, and the hole is for a key chain.

As Maggot12 said, it's a bottle opener and the arm is a slot screwdriver.

I don't know how big that coin is to get the size reference, but it looks like a choke tube to me too.

Looks to be made of very cheap and thin metal. If it was something used for an important maintenance chore on a regular basis, it wouldn't last a day. Pitch it!!!
