1983 XR 500 Honda.....new tires, chain, rear sprocket, tank, fork covers, handle bars, front fender and filters. Engine out restoration. Engine solid but has not been started for four years. Fuel was drained from carbs and of course it has a new tank.

Nice bike. But the key word here is carbs. An 83 should still be a single carb. If it is a single carb this is a great bike for a good price.

So should I replace my broked fridge or spend the money on a dirt bike.?

I need one that is wide enough for the Ural but still not to heavy to move around by myself. Would even trade my Kendon for it.

How wide does it have to be? I have a Shorelander 3 rail I added expanded steel so I can haul riding mowers, etc easily too and it's nice and light-I move it around by hand all the time, I love it. Not sure if it would be wide enough for your rig or not. You're welcome to try it/borrow it if it fits.

A 5x8 would be the absolute smallest and that is if it had no side rails. I think most people use a 6x8 or 6x10 but then we are getting into the heavy stuff. These things are NOT that small , believe me. :lol3

I have limited space to park it and have to haul it up into the rocks on the side of my house, this the light part.

A newer Kendon with the metal mesh sides would be perfect but I don't really want to spend the big bucks. Hondo are you tired of yours yet. :lol3

I guess it needed it is off to U-Haul to rent one for a day.
