Agreed. I foresee a rift in my home life due to a lack of my presence this summer.

I tested out the new saw mount around the house, and it feels like something I could get used to. I may never leave home without it again! I'm actually glad we didn't have it that day, though. We would have wasted too much time cutting trees and never would have found Erzberg!

Don't worry, we stopped to look around plenty. With the views along there you couldn't help it. That trail was along a ridge so the views were endless.

It's above Revett lake outside of Murray a few miles. Right on the Idaho/Montana border.

Doug just started our trip report lastnight. He's a pretty good writer so it should be interesting.

@Brad.... Erzberg would be a dream. I'd like to be able to say I tackled Karl's Diner.

My goal is to hit every posted single track trail between the St. Joe River and I-90. And complete the Centennial Trail Clearing Project up to Idaho Point. And anything else that comes up.

Go through Murray (NF9) towards MT and turn right (3+/- miles? past Murray) where you see the sign with the image of a hiker (trail #140). You will eventually cross the path in the video after riding through a mile of slippery Barton Creek, climbing 4000' of rocky 2-track and merging with State Line Trail #7.

Hi. Thought I would introduce myself and see if I can find some riding buddies for next summer? I live in post falls, 56 years young, relatively new as i just got back into riding two years ago but i have logged 14,000 on my DR 650. I think I am going to try and post some photos ( a first) and you can get an idea of where I like to ride...

I am not sure how much money i have spent on this DR? Wondering if I should have gotten the KTM 690 but with the pumper carb and other stuff I have the best bike in the world for me! Looking at a suspension up-grade for this winter.
