Met at the Yass Caltex at 8am on a beautiful clear cool day. It was a great turn out for a leisurely Monday ride.

Out of town and turn right into Warigelia Road and then left onto Laverstock. Right onto Lachlan Valley way and about four clicks down the road it was a left onto Bendenine Road.

With a ute in front dawdling along kicking up a lot of fine dust so the first smoke/slash stop was called.

Into and through Binalong and out on Garryowen Road and some secret Men's business on the route taken. Lets just say we we through a couple of front yards, well almost.

Plenty of grids as we crossed between properties.

Another quick stop and the brains trust decided that the BMW riders needed a latte.

So onto the Hume for quick slab down to Jugiong for fuel and coffees.
The boys are back in town
    [IMG]

Ah the BMW riders are happy, mug-a-lattes all round. Struddy wandered off muttering something about wankers. :lol3
    [IMG]

    Jugiong was a nice spot
    [IMG]

John's lid started to grow wings
    [IMG]

A little back tracking from Jugiong and it was off to Coolac for lunch. Along the way we met some of the locals, a lot actually.

So after a fine lunch it was time to point the bikes in the direction of home. Macca told everybody he knew exactly where we could go and so off we tootled following him and a logging truck up to Bondo State Forest. About halfway along Wee Jasper Forest Road we turned off and went up to the Tumorrama(?) Trig. When I got home my neighbour Don popped in for a giday and turns out he cut those roads back in the day.

When the wife saw this shot see asked if Macca or John had lost their keys.

    Looking across at Brindabella Road
    [IMG]

Heading back down. mmmmmÂ… thick and loose (like a girl I once knew). I then followed Macca to the Yass Road turn off at about a Dollar 10 most of the way, through all that loose crap it was a good slip and slide.

    Things I learnt today:

    Mark doesn't like roads much.
WeeStroms look better go better with modified suspension and sound bloody awesome with a Staintune.
    You'll never hurry Baza.
    Maccas a funny bastard.

Thanks Bazza it was a top day and the weather was just brilliant. Can't wait for another day off already. :ricky :happay
An interesting note on Bazza's comment about the old bikes, I had trouble keeping up with both the TT 600s at different times yesterday. But fark Johns rebuilt TT 600 disappeared quick smart out of Wee Jasper on the ride home. I reckon if he hadn't of pulled over I wouldn't have seen him again.
