    It's a learning experience hehe

I'm familiar with the tank, I would just go to home depot, buy some sheetmetal or other material you can cut to the size of the fuel pump (drill holes etc) and plug up the fuel pump hole. The ways you suggested could work as well.

Oh you're nuts. About 8PM tonight, before they plowed smith street, I went to drive my sister in law home. 10 min away mind you. The 2nd right turn, going 5MPH I turned the wheel and the car didn't turn. Brakes weren't even home. I smacked into a tree and broke my headlight housing and bent my bumper so now the wheel hits it when I turn right. Everyone is OK and the tree is fine but I promply turned back onto my block and parked. In fairness I didn't switch the 4WD on yet so that may have had something to do with it. I can't see going out on 2 wheels tonight.

Friend from Poland is coming to NYC for couple of weeks in the summer and is looking for a BMW rental, 800 or 1200 GS. Can you recommend a rental place in NYC Metro area? I found Jupiter but their prices seems little high to my taste.

The Harley dealer off of 17 in NJ sprung up a giant BMW sign. I know they rent harleys but it might be worth a phone call to see if they also rent BWM now.

A guy who parks in the same garage as me (Vaxmoto) had his Husaberg FS650c stolen last night from his apt in Sunset Park.

It's a pretty rare bike, so I figured I'd throw this out there for him. If anyone hears/sees anything, shoot me a PM and I'll tell him.

That sucks. Any better description of the bike or pics? I live in the area and always keep an eye out and pics of stolen bikes on my phone in case I see one. I got a guy his KTM back after seeing an ad on craigslist then...there it was parked on smith street near my house a few hours later..

Starting a new job at 40th and Bway on Feb 11. I'll be commuting by train, but on the off chance I want to ride in to get a head start on a weekend trip, is there anywhere remotely convenient that wont cost an arm and a leg to park a bike near there?
