R 1100/1150 GS/RT/RS/R/S throttle body repair kit

Thank you very much for your kit. Great work! TB rattling has gone.

To get old bushings out, I used M10 screw tap.

In the kit (for 1150GS), there are 4 small O-rings - where should they fit? I used two of them on air bypass screws (?).

I have no locknuts (1150GS) on shaft (pulley side) - I used small hex screw and aluminium washer from kit as locknut - but there is small play between pulley and shaft. Any advice how to fix it?

I have a 2003 R1150gs the throttle pulleys are riveted to the shafts, are your kits suitable for this model?
If so any extra difficulties in fitting?
