An old rear end with one side cut off would make a bad ass base. Probably wouldn't give enough speed reduction though.

Try a cheap 3 speed riding lawn mower transmission. You'll have to weld it up so it's not open and you get your choice of speeds. I made a chicken rotisserie out of one of those, a gear reduction motor, and a 10' joint of pipe once.

Build it on a lawn mower chassis so she sits on the seat and the wheel is where the motor was. Or a scooter, like and old Vespa frame.

That's funny I have an old Vespa (Slated to be restored in the next year or two)

I got the motor for my small frame 90% of the way back together tonight. I was missing some hardware and had to call it a night but hope to have it back in and running by the weekend. You know just in time for the nice weather.

Slap some of these on it. Saw some guy riding either a kz or gs on howard avenue after work today. So cool seeing someone else stupid enough to be riding in this weather.

Too bad they don't make it in 14". That would be a cool rear tire on the TW, I rode it to work this morning.

I not sure if any of you have a KTM 950/990. I have a Super Enduro rear wheel with a slightly narrower rear rim that I used for full blown knobbies I'd like to trade for a stock rear wheel so I can go back to the fatter tires. This wheel works great for the less expensive 140/80 tires
