Did those last week. Learned to never send Daughter in Law to the market on my dime; She dropped $70 on shrimp, Scallops, peppers and Scallions for 4 adults and a 3yr old.
I ate leftover kabobs for lunch for 3 days.:huh

    Kabobs look pretty good :yum

    And Topdog

    Congrats on the paddleboarding

HoJo told me this WE that my cousin has opened some sort of paddleboard business, apparently renting them here at the local beach :jkam

Got your PM Jeff in re: to looking for equipment, will call :thumbup

My Dad's had another stroke and is back in rehab so it doesn't look like I'll be going anywhere soon

Sure would like a WE at The Scrub though

Actually these upcoming weeks while Pops is being takin' care of would probably be best

Right now none of my three renters are paying

Went by my office yesterday and the place looks deserted

Sob story from one renter and the other is just waiting for me to take the house back

Will need complete rehab itself upon return :bluduh

Suddenly 90 days of church seems like a dream vacation...

    As usual :lol3

Sorry to hear about you're Pops.

You should have the Scrub gang visit the deadbeats. 20 tents set on the yard might give em a hint about moving out.

Fired up the red wing yesterday. Sure needed it. Can tell low speed jets needed clearing out. Some hi-test and some miles seems to have helped :ricky

Prolly need to replenish what alcohol has evaporated from the water in the tank :shog

Alan, I was out looking for another way across the New river today and found myself here. It has eroded some, almost enough to temp me into believing I could survive the trip up on the GS.

The trip down would be no problem but the bottom was a little soft just before the water edge ... of course the other side going up the bank may have had a serious changes.

Upstream a hundred plus yards I probably could have crossed today. Another day drying or so of would better, if I tried and failed it would have been one long walk.

or this little guy may have had a chance to develop a taste for stupid

Do you still have the 650?

    Yea :ricky

And you're right, it's eroded quite a bit since we were there together :nod

But remember, I rode up the tree root ramp there at the far end. The actual drop off was near vertical at that time. And like you said, way too far away from town to fook up. :lol3

Little did I know then that in just a short while I'd be riding beyotch anyway, and that was one extremely long ride on the back of your GS :bluduh

Didn't realize at the time that my shutter wasn't opening :doh

Took the bike in for a check-up and there were three broken spokes on the rear wheel.

Must have been from riding it off that drop

Was about 60 pounds heavier back then as you know :slurp

Yeah, I had been wanting to move up here for a couple of years now, but always had commitments in Tampa keeping me from doing it.

Had a rally up here 6 weeks ago, and sent out some online applications to some of the hospitals here ahead of time, and lined up a couple of interviews while I was up here anyway, resulting in a couple of job offers.

Spent a week or so thinking about it and then decided to go for it. :clap

Finished with the move this week.
