Amazing skill with the lense and a real spark of joy is shown in how you write and capture your trip.

Nice pics and a great adventure! I wish I could do something like that before long. Be safe and have fun!

I'm the guy you met at the Dragon, with the yellow vstrom with the car tire on the rear wheel. Your bike is heavy loaded, but the seat is very nice.

Enjoy the rest of the trip and post some more pics!!!

    From Minnesota to New York

This gentleman here is DruiD, an inmate that drove 3 hours to get a tire from me from another generous inmate (rokklym) then another hour to the motel where were waiting chain smoking.

Here is what i wrote on the thread that i started in Central:

It is humbling to be reminded of what a cool collection of FFs are part of this site.
Jay rode for several hours to pick a tire from Chad and bring it to us in Rochester. He found us smoking cigarettes at the curb waiting for the sound of a gs. In the sea of harleys that must have been one of the nicest sights i have lain eyes on. :)
He then proceeded to let me "help" him put Chad's tire on and we then hung out and had some good times.

I can only hope some of you guys break down in LA sometime ;p so i can be of similar help.

To Jay and Chad, thanks to you brothers we are back on the road.

    Cheers and godspeed
