    Hi,
The superduke.net site has been down the last few days. Does anyone know if they are just down temporarily or if there's more to it?

Does a website ever go out of business? They'll be back up...

    Is this a serious question?

The betatalk website has been awol now for a long time, may never resurface. Costs time/$$$ to maintain a forum site (software) plus the colo fees.

Yes, a website is not hosted in the air. Websites cost money and the more traffic they get the higher the cost.

Thanks for the update. Thought it was on my end at first. It's too good of a site to die on the vine. Glad to hear it's still....out there.:clap:clap

Yes it is killing me! You don't know how much you like something till its gone. The strange thing is that it happened right after I posted my 625 SMC for sale on SD.net, at first I thought I was locked out by an admin...
I look forward to it being back up.

Thanks for posting this.I posted on another KTM(Something).com about the site being down and I guess the administrator didnt like it for some reason and killed my thread. Glad to see ADV is more sympathetic. Hope its up and running soon.

And down it remains ... Any DNS issue should have been sorted in <48 hours.

Does anyone need me to contact MediaTemple (in LA)?

evilwerkz - bypassing the sidestand switch is one thing, but I'd the rollover/tipover sensor functioning. You really want the engine, and perhaps more importantly the fuel pump to stop if you go down.

    Just sayin'.

The absence of superduke.net in my life is resulting in some fairly serious withdrawl symptoms. For the love of God please bring superduke.net back into my life. The thought of living without it is too much for me to bear!

I can't imagine having an Adv. type habit with more than one website. That would be bad. Very bad.
