How about: I just replaced my HAL sensor and my bike doesn't run or stops running when it gets warm. What is wrong?

$2000 spent at BMW dealer, bike still not running

I'll give you props, Laurel and Hardy on Land, you actually did something worthwhile around here. Good idea!

Not sure if my coil debacle is "top 100" worthy but it does catch people out.

Since you actually shared this one in a recent post, I can't claim any responsibility for finding it, but it's so interesting and full of creative ideas, I think it should should be in the list!

Good idea, but the list is too elaborate and incomplete at the same time. Considering that the total number of topics will be 100, only a few sections would be appropriate. Something along the lines of this:
    1. Buying
    2. Riding
    3. Maintaining
    4. Upgrading

I doubt there is anyone who will make use of all 100 topics. For example, as an owner of 07 bike I don't want to know "14. HOW DO I ADJUST THE VALVES ON MY 10+ DOHC." or "50. HOW DO I REPLACE THE FINAL DRIVE BEARING IN A R1100GS and R1150GS?".
And I hope it will be a while before I'll need to read "55. AM I TOO OLD TO OWN A GS? WHAT'S THE AVERAGE AGE OF A GS RIDER?" :D

Line the inside with female hook and loop field. Then you can dress the inside with a bunch of maxpedition stuff.

A proper valve adjust and throttle body sync helps a LOT. There will, however, always be a small amount of vibration due to the nature of the motor. Some people are more sensitive to it than others and never get past it.
