    its an hmf. or you can pick up about any cap from a rhino or most 4 wheelers. i drilled and tapped mine and it was a pain. could just take your muffler over to an exhaust shop and have them put a turn down on it. take them a pic of what you want.

    I see two quarts of oil peeking out from the top case...did you feed the KLR? :lol3 Yours probably has an appetite like my 04. What it doesn't consume, it dribbles it from various areas.

    No external leaks!

    I will go through some oil though. I think over that events I used about 2/3 of a quart. I gave the rest away to somebody with an F800GS who put a rock through their case.

    The KLR is awfully heavy anyway, might as well carry a few spares ;)
