Right, he'd rather wait and see if he gets the HC job there at the high school rather then take the Aubun job with Malzahn. Read it how you want. :rofl

He wanted to coach his son who is the QB on his high school team. You'd rather go for digs against Auburn than do three seconds of research to understand the situation. That says quite a lot about you.

Quality win by Clemson tonight. Huge in fact.

Les needs an offense...and a conditioning coach. Them Tigers were laying all over the field sucking wind. :D

...his Alma mater, Northwestern, beat Miss State today, and he emailed from the Stennis and the Straits of Hormuz, that the Navy approved his separation papers for this June! He's a pretty happy LT today! :freaky

Congrats on all counts. Northwestern earned it, for the little I saw.

Managed to catch part of the Outback bowl. While I'll never understand how the ref called this a first down:

...It did lead to this on the very next play...so, I say "well done, sir"

Clowney took matters in his own hands.

Was it camera angles? On the still shot I saw from ESPN there were three officials looking right at it.

I know...I saw it "live on TV". Its really unbelievable, but from the angles that I saw and the reaction of the entire USCe team..and Spurrier...I think it was short. It's like they were all looking at the same thing but seeing it differently. :dunno

Turns out not to matter because of the turnover on the next play, but it was bizarre.

One camera angle was perpendicular to the ball and the sticks and there was easily a 6 inch gap between the end of the ball and the marker. Has to be one of the worst calls I've seen in a while. It's not like it was a live play. :arg
