It's finally been confirmed Bradl will be staying with LCR, would of been stupid for Honda to drop him , eh's been consistent and is starting to show his speed now.

It's seems to me that logic has very little to do with any rider saying on a team. Just from my observations of course.

Good for Bradl. He's not a spaniard and that's good.

It is however the closing of last door of factory-supported MGP for Mr Hayden. If you see him anywhere near the front of a race again, it will be in SBK. Eh, he can always hang out and knock back a few cold ones with Colin. Take the joy path. :evil

Any Cox cable users on here? My local listings (Phoenix) are not showing this weekends MotoGP races on Speed, which naturally ceases to be Speed and becomes Fox Sports 1 on Saturday. I'm wondering if the listings are just screwed up or if Fox has decided to shuffle the races off to another of their channels?

I would rather see him in contending in SBK than what he is doing now. I know he could make more in MotoGP but if there is no ride for him in MotoGP maybe he would take the SBK option assuming a ride would open up for him.

And we should see even less racing than before. They are planning on explaining more of the history of MotoGP and have interviews with misc folk.
Supposedly to introduce more of the general audience to MC racing.

    GREAT....:huh

Thank dog I have a MotoGP subscription

Cox in Phoenix, 1031 in HD or 31. Moto GP coverage starts at 8AM local time. All three races.

Thanks. This is not at all a smooth transition so far. A pretty sad statement on how inept 2 media giants are, in fact. :deal

The link to the Fox Sports 1 website posted earlier in this tread gave me channel 66 for Fox Sports 1 (which actually is the Movie Plex Channel) and channel 173 which doesn't exist. Score one for the Fox website. :puke1

The guide on my Cox DVR either hasn't updated yet or is destined to remain wrong; it shows "Unique Whips" and "Barrett Jackson Car Auction" in those time slots. Score one for Cox. :puke1

But Cox's online guide does at least show "Motorcycle Racing" in those time slots, so I've made sure it records them.

Thanks again to the ADV collective! :clap

Could be. I am currently snooping around to see if I can find any hints.

To me, coming from someone with his background, "a big way" means prototype and something that can contend and anything less is not 'big way". But that doesn't seem possible.

Forward Racing or Marc VDS starting a team with factory production bikes would be "big way" but for KRSR that doesn't quite seem big way.

    JMSO

Maybe his team will race Gixxas next year and be Suzuki satellite in 2015.

Kenny Roberts has been working on a return since he left the paddock in 2007. To his credit, he is only prepared to come back if he can do it properly, and that means fully funded and with a competitive package. I don't think this latest news is anything new, it's just a continuation of that project.

Yeah, it's nothing he hasn't said before. Repeatedly. Every year. When "his" bike/team grids up for an entire year, then I'll be excited.
