I'm interested in purchasing a Safari tank for my 2008 Husky TXC.

Before purchase I need to know if this tank will work with a Scott's steering stabilizer (preferably a sub mount type). I figure you guys are close enough to Baja that there must be someone around who either runs this set up or can confirm Yea or Nay?

The frames for the TE and TXC are the same from 2008-2010.

I have asked around a bit and nobody has been able confirm these mods are compatible. A few maybe/should fit type answers but nothing solid.

We are not 100% sure but it should fit. We have not haerd of them not fitting. It looks to have plenty of room!

Edit, Hey Ben, if you fill the Safari tank, will it in turn fill the main rear tank? Or, do you have to still fill the rear and then the front? I ask because I would like to use my GL Coyote bag, and getting to the rear gas cap can be a real pain. Thanks.

We do not have clears in stock. We have some tanks on the water and are expecting more in a couple weeks.

Is this IMS yellow or IMS fluorescent yellow?

The safari tank will slowly fill the rear tank when used this way(Means of a 1/4" line)

It is tough to fill if you have luggage on the bike. It would be almost better just to fill the rear up when you can IMHO. I had this setup on my 690 and loved it. The range was huge.

This looks like the FLO Yellow(Regular yellow is a mustard color) and yes we have the Acerbis Locking cap that Procycle sells as well.
