BTW, the RT is back in my possession and in need of some exercise. Did you ever figure out where to set up for the gymkhana? There is an unused parking lot not far from where we used to meet up for the First Monday RTE. The DOT moved their operations from Joppa Road, just south of Falls, and it has a lot that might be suitable.

The one I am referring to is in between the northern extension of I-83 and Joppa Road, facing onto Joppa.
