When is the 1190 ADV hitting the US?

Mine got here(Colorado) today at noonish. Of course it was 67 degrees and I cant pick it up until tomorrow when its 43 and spitting snow!! But hey, its an Adventure bike so why not

Lets see those on an R!!! I might have to rethink my luggage choice. I love my Jesse bags on a V-Strom but didn't want to have to look at the rack all the time on my 1190.

I was reading all these posts and getting very upset that we hadn't received anything yet on the West Coast. And as I sat here fuming at the many come and gone promised delivery dates I received a text telling me the Bike has reached the US and will be ready sometime next week!!! Unofficial from my buddy who works there but excited regardless!

So, KTM's decision to ship their bikes to US dealers but needing software to activate the bike has bitten me in the ass. My dealer doesn't have the software/tool to do it, and so my bike sits..Paid for, ready to go, won't start. Dealer's hands are tied until he can get the parts/software, and right about X-mas time, anything overnighted/express shipped is dicy and a pain in the ass.

My dealer is doing everything he can (Thanks Santa fe Motorsports!) , but it's gonna put it out another few days...bummed. Just what it is. Was gonna pick her up at noon...

Cycle Town South of Dallas Texas just got the first 1190 Adventure R on the floor........Yea ! ! !
Going up Saturday to ride it. It has the Adventure package on it which comes with heated grips, bash plate, Akrapovic Exhaust, and panniers.

Scuderia West or some other bay area KTM dealer?

Rode mine home this afternoon. Love it, love it, love it!! 38 degrees here in Colorado today, but I only had a 15 mile ride, so I aint frozen!

My R is in the garage!!! Carolina KTM is really the place to deal with. Small shop where you deal with the owner and enthusiast mechanics.

They have a Grey Adventure that really is beautiful. Photos don't do that grey one justice!!

I spoke with my local dealer this afternoon. He is not expecting my EDS model in Orange until March. UGH.

Mine is on its way to Reno there probably on the same truck.

Maybe make a weekend trip out of traveling to another dealer to buy one. It's seriously worth it.

i love road trips. Right now no dealer within a reasonable drive has the bike I want. Ill make more calls today and tomorrow
