Got the carb reassembled and set to relatively stock.

SHE RUNS! Started on the first turn with the usual amount of choke. I've learned to never assume... so time to do some tuning in the daylight and get this baby outta my driveway. :deal

Thanks for the offer Davo-55 but I'm just trying to move her outta my way.

    Good to know. Thanks.

Still running Anakees and don't like them much in dirt or gravel. Great road tire though. Need something a little more aggressive but really can't stand a lot of road noise.

Have you seen the new Anakee 3? A couple of inmates at the RDV were running them and they say the tire is much improved.

I saw Blooch up on the Parkway Saturday and he said something about them. Sounded like he was impressed.

I got to looking at the Anakee 3. Revzilla did a video on them. They don't look near as aggressive as the 2 or the Shinko. Anybody actually put them on dirt yet?

Yep. Unless my cost goes up thats the price, also if they run an additional discount for the month price could go down. AB :D

    Attention all painters:

Do I recall correctly that there are a few painters that lurk on this thread? I am looking for someone to repaint the interior of a <2,000 sf house/cabin. Am I barking up the wrong cat here? PM if you can help. Much appreciated.

    Nick650 - Aren't you bootless now? How's it feel?

By the by, I was up on the BRP this weekend with a few guys from work. Kinda sketchy on Saturday's ride south, 'bout 50% fog.

Sunday northbound was super sketchy constant rain and fog for the 50 miles we rode before dropping into Roanoke. I think this picture was about 10 miles before we reached Roanoke. We rode the valley floor home.

We saw Blooch, Holly, AB13 (?) and Eric? I don't know. I'm terrible with names. I hope you folks had an enjoyable and safe trip.
