Only local ferries from Tr for some Greek islands. And then Greek ferries for mainland.

Might be helpful, if you specify from where to where (cities or islands). I've used a small ferry from Lesvos GR to Dikili TR.

    This site:
www.ferrylines.com at least used to have some nice info.

2001 I travelled from Turkey to Greece with minivan. Of course my information is old, but should give a rough idea what routes to look for.
We couldn't find any other routes then.
I had to take 4 different ferries to get there:
    Bodrum-Kos (ca 1 hour)
    Kos-Rhodes (few hours)
    Rhodes-Crete (6-8hours)
    Crete-Athens (one night)

Marmaris-Rhodes line does exist too, but only 1 ferry in a week or 2. Those routes I used were serviced at least daily.
It still took almost a week to complete - 1 trip a day. But on the other hand it gave us an opportunity to visit all those islands.
If you're in a hurry, Greece and Turkey have a common border too, it should be possible to travel from Athens to Istanbul in 1-2 (long) days (ca 1000km).

    Did you check that website?

According to them, there seem to be frequent ferry services from Piraeus (Athens) to for example the Greek island of Chios, from where it´d be a short boat ride to Cesme, Turkey (west from Izmir), or going the other way should be equally doable. Haven´t done that route myself, though.

Johnny: Pecha72 gave you this useful link http://www.ferrylines.com/
Here you can find all ferry routes from Greek mainland to island, and from Greek island to Turkey mainland.

I'm planning a ride to Turkey to, and I've looked for a directly rout from Greek to Turkey... but it doesn't exist at the moment.
