I can't believe these guys are sticking with their story... so fulla BS.

And the kids comment of "thousands of other tourists" - seriously, thousands at Goblin Valley? Thousands... somehow, doubtful.

Prosecutors filed charges Friday against two former Boy Scout leaders accused of toppling one of the ancient rock formations at Utah's Goblin Valley State Park.

Glenn Taylor is charged with criminal mischief and David Hall with aiding criminal mischief, another felony, Utah State Parks and Recreation said.

What took them so long? Their video was all the "evidence" you need! A good penalty would be to send them all over the state cleaning graffiti off from monuments after they have paid to have the rocks re-stacked if possible.Seems fitting for 2 vandals....

...because her actions are being compared to the Goblin Valley incident.

    http://www.modernhiker.com/2014/10/21/instagram-artist-defaces-national-parks/

Long story short: some young women from NY is traveling all over the West's (CA, OR, AZ, UT, CO) various National Parks and leaving acrylic graffiti "art" in her wake. She posted all about it on her instagram and tumblr accounts and when the shitstorm blew over her actions she set her accounts to private but not before folks saved everything. Now the National Parks service is doing an investigation and she may likely face several felony vandalism charges.

If she would have used chalk, I would not care it would wash right off. However acrylic paint, come on now. Yeah, she is as bad at the Goblin guys, maybe worst as she is going to park to park and doing this for an all "LOOK AT ME" on Facebook. The goblin guys I think were just stupid, this lady like I said is doing it for the attention.

If you come across any graffiti ANYWHERE tagged "creepytings" take a photo and e-mail with GPS coordinates:

The unfortunate aspect of this many online have already pointed out: there WILL be copycats. Probably both people trying to copycat her in the traditional way and others putting up graffiti hoping to get blamed on her.

The results will be the same: floodgates opened for graffiti in our wilderness like never before.

Mother "Sarah J Berman" says about this piece of art "so proud of you there are almost actual tears" to which Casey (graffiti artist criminal) responds, "thank you mom. You're my hero and role model and without you I would have never learned to draw"

Cosmopolitan magazine picked up the story online and is spinning it with copious amounts of pseudo-feminism.

    Headline:
"Female Graffiti Artist is the New Most-Hated Person on Instagram...and possibly your new hero"

    Conclusion to article:
"Since her social media accounts have been removed, it's hard to know where in the world Creepytings is right now, but wherever she is, she's inspiring a lot of girls to break some rules.
