Rocks on Angeles Crest 9/21

I was headed west from Newcomb's around the Ranger station, the lane I was in was covered pretty good with a slide, about 11am...

Anyone out today and saw this? I had a sense it was going to be an issue when I went thru it. Hope for the best..

Rock slide on hwy2... How unusual

Theres some gravel on one corner on hiway 32 out of Chico,its the corner after the tree with the dirt pile near it. Either a left or a right,not sure.

This one was big enough and fresh enough I thought for certain was gunna cause problems for vehicles..

Yes there's derbies up there all the time -- those of us that ride Hwy 2 know this. Was a beautiful fall day.. Could feel it, smell it and the Sun was glistening off the road surface as it only does on an early fall morning ride..

No more rocks than usual on Sunday. They make good entry and exit markers for corners.

I've noticed this yes. Rocks not there in the morning, a few hours later on the way down however...be careful on the inside!

There are pieces of tire on the double yellow between the fast lane and the carpool lane on the 91 freeway going west right after the 605. Beware if you commute that way.
