If not illiterate, then certainly ignorant.

When I called my dealer Satuday, he asked for the last six digits of my VIN. From this he said I only needed a membrane.

First thing my dealer said was "the parts are backordered" :lol3

Although that really should be :(:

I reckon a least a couple of people heard the same thing I did about the 06 950 SM.

So I take it you're not a fan of the huge KTM stickers.

Someone here will know, though you don't need one IMO. I missed it initially, but only for a few 100 miles.

Where did you get your new mirrors? They look great. How effective are they? Are they universal or KTM specific?

    Thanks.:evil

Type "CNC mirrors" into Ebay.....they work fine...they are small but sit outside my shoulders so it is a clear view...you need the 14mm size...

The decider for me was that I felt the SM would be a better bad and dirt road bike; or at least I'd feel better using it on those kind of roads. To me, the Duke is pretty similar to the Tuono (which also made my short list)- pretty much a more comfortable hard core sport bike.
