I just got back from a short ride to american fork canyon with a buddy. I had my 990 Adv and he took my 620 Rxc. Looks like the gate is open at tibble fork, but not for silver lake. no snow or mud where we went, but that wasn't very far in.

I've been lucky. My inner bladder doesn't seem to fail in the middle of nowhere.
Usually in bed late at night or while laughing at the posted shit here. Opps,
I think I may have just had an episode. :shog

That's exactly right, inner bladder failed. Been taking to tubliss about it, they've been awesome and there might be a recall out.

What did you do to fix it? Just take the whole thing out and put in a tube?

I'd be intrested to hear if they come out with a recall. I have front and rear on the 2 stroke. I just put em on this year. They have been great. Its so awsome to to ride with low pressure's on the single tracks.

When you say "inner bladder" do you mean the tube, or the red hard rubber deal?

Tube, and the recall is in tact from some older models from a couple years ago. I'm not sure if I have have new or older setup, it came with a wheel / front tire from a setup I bought. I can't remember who let me know about the recall but it's the only reason I reached out to them just to see if it met the recall. Current models are fine and Bill is also on them and loves them. Crucial is using some level of sealant of course. We use Stan's which is a MTB product...

Thanks for the heads up. Just to confirm your report :D I did a quick 80 mile loop from PC, up to the radio tower north of Heber, then out to the Cascade Springs area and back. Pretty sure I passed you as you were riding home - I was on the XR650R.

So glad the trails are drying out!

On the North side heading down into Heber... yep that was me. I did discover yesterday that the gate is still down just past Cascade Springs and if you make it 80% of the way to Snake Creek Road you will get stuck in two feet of slush.

I've got a significant variation on my classic Walsburg run lined up for Sunaday if anyone still rides... Plates required. Moderate riding, mostly fire roads.

I might be interested. Whats the walsburg run? Is it light race bikes or mid size bike friendly like a DR?

    It's perfect for your DR...

I run bcc over gaurdsmans to walsburg then west side of strawberry ridge to diamond fork then up to the strawberry marina and back across strawberry ridge. The alternate route i'm looking at would go down hobble creek then up to squaw peak on the front side of the provo range. that dumps into provo cyn, so then maybe back via wasatch state park to bcc... maybe hit snow.

Mmmmn. I love the Walsburg run. Has the snow melted up high?

Any single track this time around?

When and where is the meetup?
