Glenn, so glad to see we're both still tearing it up.
That ride was probably late 2005. I remember getting my '06 200 XC early and was still fighting some jetting issues on your ride.
I've ridden those hills a few times since then but never on your "special" stuff.
Hope to ride with you again soon.
As luck would have it, I'm trying to get on with a local water district. That would actually give me a chance to ride a little more.

Hey, let's take the girls out again soon. Todd and Jan are in too.
We have a new ride. :deal

    Cooler weather coming.

At some point I'd like to do an overnighter, motel it or B&B, Santa Inez Valley, 2-up. Anyone else up for wine-touring with your wives/girls?

Good Luck with the water district Job. I'm the water quality specialist for a local water district. Decent gig.

That is some very impressive riding ... privateers riding that event must have huge maintenence expenses. Is there anything left of those bikes after a day of racing that course?

The 2 stroke guys go through a lot of pipes and even the 4 stokes crush a header every now and then, lots of broken levers but for the most part it's not as bad as you might think.

I keep bending my skid plate mounting clips.

It's really fun stuff & dude it will make anyone a better rider.

    Thank you Gary.

Many people including myself appreciate your presence here.

As for the others, yes it is a public forum, and people feel entitled that they are free to post whatever and whenever they want and can.

Please realize that each thread has a title or a subject. It is intended to organize and keep the contents align with the topic. Wish we can cram everything all in one thread and still make it easy for everyone to keep track.

This thread will not make everyone happy, it's just the way we all are.
It has been mentioned many times, anyone can start a thread and talk on a topic or lack of thereof.

Many others and I met a lot of good people here, and at other threads. I enjoy the camaraderie riding, exploring other places, camping and doing stuff off the bikes, including costly week night dinners. From the first noobs rally to this day, we made such an accomplishment that I'm thankful to everyone, and proud to say we became one of the busiest and friendliest adventure loving group people in this forum.

I carried a lot of weight for a long time. I'm not as young as I look...hahaha. My wheel has turned past half the revolution and have to pursue other interest. Many people here have stepped up, and wish the remaining do the same. Keep this breathing; it's well being depends on all of us.

several of us will be at the endurocross tomorrow night. see you there jamin.

this vid captures the level of difficulty and rider's skill. sitting in the stadium, we'll only see moving bikes. anyway, still be fun hanging out and feel it live.

    Respectfully
Not constructive when people are trying to get along... You know "An eye for an eye makes the world go blind", "Do on to others as you would have done on to you" and "Dude stop being a dick":lol3
