Given a choice between more cold riding and a foamy Guiness, I opted for the Guiness.

    New tag in the a.m.

Nice grab Tom. I would have liked to try and grab the tag today, but the roads in teh developement will not permit me to get the bike to the dry main roads.

    New tag:

The Texas Tavern, a Roanoke, Va icon, celebrated 80 years of business yesterday. A sign inside proudly proclaims that they "seat 1000 people. 10 at a time." Another sign warns that they do not cash checks or play with bumble bees. No telling how many late-night drunks have used the TT to sop up the extra alcohol in their bellies over 80 years.

Successful tagger will find an all-night greasy spoon. Preferably with a similar sense of humor.

Way to keep it moving. Wish I could grab again today, but impending weather forces me to travel tonight - best not to lose any time with my valentine.

Exactly the place I was thinking. Sadly, there is a lot of icy road betwixt me and the main roads.

Nice work. Wow, there are quite a few signs in that location.

I don't know what the temps are up there BP, but if you're rock'n the WR with no heated gloves/grips and no handguards then you are the Man...

This was 10AM Saturday. I went out at 8AM for the antiques tag.:eek1 :eek1 :eek1
I do need to stop every 15-20 minutes to hug the muffler a bit.

I have my 600 wired for heated gear because that's what I ride for distance, but I'm planning on adding it to the 250 also. Haven't been able to get the bike inside the house to do it 'cause of the snow.

Prolly have it done by the time I don't need it - ain't that always the way?
