Have just managed to swap a bit of video editing in return for finance (£14.95 inc. postage) for a set of K75 coils & mounting rack.



What I really need right now is a K Haynes or Clymer...

A manual in your hand would be cool , but is there anything specific you need to know now ?

I'll have a look & get back to you, I need to drop the cam cover off & see if I re-tightened the head bolts, but it'd be usefull to know what the torque setting is?

Head bolts -
bolt threads lightly oiled
1st stage , 22 >< 3 ft-lb
2nd stage , after twenty minute wait ( don't look at me like that ... it's in the book ) 33 >< 4 ft-lb .

Cam bearing cap bolts -
6.5 ft-lb
cam sprocket bolt -
40><4.5 ft-lb
Be thankful you didn't touch the big end bolts
