Hi there! Looks nice and well thought. I just checked out your website and was wondering if you could show the mounting system and how the bag attaches/detaches. Is the bag bolted to the bike or just the mounting system? It isn't clear to me but perhaps i missed something.

Have you guys seen any fatigue of the plastic with this system? So there are no straps that hold the bag to the bike, at all? :ear

Thanks Wachs, I am on a Suz DR350.

Ok, so the bag bolts on and off...straps are for cinching down the bag or strapping stuff to the bag, not for mounting to the bike right? Brilliant for dual sport touring. Very interesting.

I think the install video would clear up confusion as how it mounts.

I've held off buying a set of bags for the RXC for a long time. Never found anything that really fit the entire bill. This is looking pretty damn close. :nod

Is there a "max width" that the back of the bike can be? (or for that matter, minimum width?) Like if I get a set for my KTM now, will it fit on the GS800/Wee/Whatever my next long distance bike is? Or are streetbikes too wide?

I guess I don't have a handle on how much of the bag shape is pre-formed, and how much of it is from having it fixed to the bike.

Also, does stuff inside need to be drybagged, or does the GL do an acceptable job of it?

Thanks again Wachs. Is it a problem to mount the bag on a different bike (say i get a new bike eventually)? Would I need to get new parts?

'96 620, so exactly the same. :thumb

If he's got the rack, lemme know if it'll fit with/without the rack (mine's currently on, and I'd probably like to keep it if I can).

Looks like the shape would make it usable with one of the pac-safe products as well, if one were traveling to a place where they were concerned about security.

I'd really like to see how one mounts up on a 950 Super Enduro. Another bike that really needs some additional baggage solutions...

If you send me one, I'd be happy to shoot some nice pictures, stuffed and unstuffed. Might even send it back!:D ...or keep it if it works really well :evil

Went over to Dave's place on Saturday and he installed the bag on my 450EXC for me. I mounted it on my old orange fender, so I can just swap the entire fender out with bag attached to it.

Seems like it will work out awesome! need to put my dirt setup back on the bike and go on an adventure :). I was able to fit my north face cats meow large sleeping bag into it with the lower corners still empty for tools and crap.

    Dear Wachs

I just received my bags and am looking forward to testing them-as soon as I get my suspension back from Superplush that is.

They look really good and sturdy; Mexico will tell the story.

    Thanks,
    Jimmy
