Corbin seems totally disinterested in my seat dilemma. By the way, the Corbin will not allow the rack to mount because of its length.

You might take a smaller hit if you sell the seat.

Is the stock GSX seat a 2-piece? I know the stock FJR seat is & the 1-piece Corbin actually rubs on the rear grabrail when you put it on. You actually have to slam it on pretty good. :huh Evidently Corbin is real generous with their length...

It's a one piece. The stock seat has to squeezed past the rack to get it on but it does go on. I pulled the rack back, installed the Corbin, but there was no way I was going to get the rack bolted back up. I sent Corbin an email to their Service Dept explaining the problem, they have yet to answer. I read on Max-Suzuki that their service dept was less than stellar. I guess it's true.

The Corbin has to go. So sad. I really like the one on the Bandit

BTW, I put the beads on the stock seat and it made me feel like I was up too high. Maybe that will take some getting use to.

So I was on my way to get the Tag on Sunday and I got about a mile from the house and my clutch cable broke.:dog

So I am grounded again until I can get one. Ordered it last night should be here by Thursday.
