Your target: a church for sale. Or a vacant church.

Wow! a vacant church? That one would make a great conversion into a home, wouldn't it?

Searched local listings and found one right up the street - which is a good thing because I had about a 30 minute window in the 3-4" of rain that's supposed to fall today...

    Found this listing online:
    http://www.loopnet.com/Listing/16983542/9621-Six-Forks-Rd-Raleigh-NC/

Here's the church, although they don't have a for sale sign - the ad shows it's currently for sale and as of 12N, there was an empty parking lot on a Sunday...

Howzabout an old, abandoned lumber yard.
If that's too specific, I can widen the scope.

Nice! I knew of one for sale a ways out into the country side but drove past the tag on the way there so my ride was cut short.

I know of a empty deserted lumber yard close by as well.

I aree. Maybe if this is the only brewery in the country that has actually gone out of business may have to change to a local brewery as the tag.

    No closed brewery around here.
I brew my own. This is a stout. Those are whole hops floating on top. [IMG]

Same here. Luckily my local brewery is kicking arse right now. Without them, I probably wouldn't be brewing though. They've taught me a lot.

You were less then a 1/2 mile from my house! Brewpub was on the other end of the building. Looked in those windows last evening thinking about, "wonder where all the brewery equipment ended up?"

I wouldn't say that it is too hard. I see fire trucks at grocery stores all the time, but normally at the opposite end of the lot from where I park my bike.
