I've had a Woolwine request so it looks like we are headed out 268 to hwy8 North. Then across 58 to Dugspur. Then up Indian Valley into Lostville VA.

Probably leaving Elkin by 10am on Sunday. We could meet at Meadows of Dan if anyone wants. Or earlier...

Hey Sidewinder I plan on riding in the Dugspur,2 Cabin, Indian Valley area Sunday. Should be at Meadows of the Dan 11:30-12:15 getting gas and feeding my face. I will be riding the Hyper. Hope to run in to you. Let me re-phase that "hope to see you and anyone else that shows up" Looks like a good day to ride Sunday.

Not sure, if I did ride it would be just for lunch and to catch up then back home. Maybe even get to meet Sidewinder.

Just picked up on this thread. Stone mtn........I live in Wilkes. Shoot me a pm and maybe see if i am qualified to keep up with you some time. Nice pic.

Met up with Sidewinder and Kickstand at Meadows of the Dan. Made 100 mile loop up Dugspur, Indian Valley, the backway to the Shot Tower and on to Independence thru Fries.
Perfect day to ride with good friends.

Have any of you been on the trail that goes from Cole Rd. in Winston-Salem into Kernersville? If so what can I expect? Also I heard there is a trail that runs from King to Winston-Salem along hwy 52 you can actually see it from the hwy in some spots but I can't find a way in there. Hoping to find some more local trails.

What kinda of camera you got?

Touch screen cell. Had to pull off a glove and man my fingers were freezing.. I think sidewinder is on the bridge, you are turning to get on and im buzzing triple digits to catch up

I don't know whether to take riding lessons or photography lessons...................maybe both. I am going back up there soon and check out what's on the other side of the closed bridge. I have been up in that area only 3 times. I bet the riding is great when the gravel is gone. The scenery is spac-damm-tactular!
