Pyn mate, Rachel is clearcoatedly not yer average bling. Well done. But Pyn, you could have at least cleaned the beast before you made her get up there and pose. Still, Rach seems like she sees the funny side of it all so that makes her a great gal. What does SHE think about the orange rim trims? IMHO if she says she likes em then your choices narrow considerably and we will still have to look at them. I'm conflicted but there it is. As I know Rachel sometimes looks at these threads perhaps she can help out with a measured response on this issue. Rachel, please help us persuade Pyn to lose those gangsta rim trims.
    That is all.

Piston, rings and pin every 15 hrs without fail (6-8 weeks!). Also, valve seat check, valve clearance check and big end check whilst I'm in there. Maintenance is the key with these babies, look after them and they'll look after you (same goes for Rachel!).

Melbourne Australia , Note fork springs are different lenghts 950 ,525 . You will have to order springs to suit the 525 forks. as you will be running the longer lenght .

    easy
then sell the other forks as motard forks So it should only cost a set of spring unless you make a profit on the motrad forks . then you'll be in front

Well I'm off to the World rally chams In perth aust, .

Ps have you tried a 7.5 oil and razing the oil hieght 5mm to 10mm ( i haven't yet but thats the first thing i have plain when i get back and it's the cheapest )

    Mudguts,

Ok, so what about the rear shock? Or does your friend have a chopper, 300mm at the front and less at the rear?

    Thanks for the info.

Pyn, Sorry for the delay in reply I been watching the world rally cars in pertth, And drinking bucket loads of beer with the all drivers,( couldn't bothered name droping ) I beleive the shock is vavled so it sits lower in the stroke with a long top out spring , so I'm told ,I could be wrong.

You didn't get those forks off Ebay did you ???

"Valved so it sits lower in the stroke"................"long top out spring".........I think your right..........you could have been told wrong :D. I would really like a full set of Rallye Suspension with 320mm stroke if anybody knows where this could be available?

    What forks on Ebay.............:hide

There was a pair of forks on Ebay they went for $ 255 US There are more sets but more exspensive . The 6kg fork springs are by tecknic springs ,

Autostream has had his forks revalve by a guy here in Aust , Man there are super plush its night and day between the standard vavling and what he has had done, ( suspension R us +61 3599,1021 . issy ) I'll find out nore info . I'll be pulling bike down this weekend while I'm wait for a couple of parts to come after a cash last week .
