My college roommate and I would leave Montgomery on Friday afternoon and rip up to Marlinton and spend the weekend at his folks house. Sunday late we would drag our butts back to school. Some beautiful countryside.

WV has these hybrid paved and gravel roads where there is a single paved lane and gravel strips down both sides of the road. If you are in a cage, you each move your outside wheels to the gravel strip and share the single lane of paved.
Ingenious.

The answer: it takes 8 ADVrs to unstick a hackasaur. 6 to do the heavy lifting and 2 to supervise.... :huh ur.. I mean... document the unsticking.

A burl results from a tree undergoing some form of stress. It may be caused by an injury, virus or fungus.

Thanks for the pictures Jack. After us doing the CDR last year I kinda forgot how much fun the TWVT trip was. I know several life-long friendships came out of that trip.

Jack, I believe that is Butt Mountain but I'm not sure. It's where I discovered my fork seal was leaking on our TWVT ride. We will be there again two Wednesdays from now.

Been thinking about this one myself or the Panasonic version.

As I buy replacement cameras, I keep upgrading the optics/lenses.
My interest in better images has outweighed the indestructo cameras.
Though... I will have one as my next backup.
the 810 has 26x optical zoom.
Next step is a real slr..... yikes..... too pricy for how tough I am on cameras...
