Still think beer container is the best though.

Special BMW repair kit: it started out as a beer can but became part of my valve cover after I crashed on greasy, rainy street in Winnipeg. I think that was in 1972. The valve cover later became an ashtray, and now serves to hold small parts when I work on my bikes.

have you ever frozen the can of water and layed it on its side so you are shoting long ways through the can and shot it with something like a 30.06

Way back in the 70's, met a guy on a beach around Caracas.He was riding a SOHC Honda 750F, same bike I had in Canada. He showed me how to stick a joint inside a beer can and smoke that inconspicuously on the beach. But them were the old pull tabs, probably worked better with them.

Beach sure was littered with pull tabs but there was plenty else to ogle there just had to watch your steps.

Shiming a R100/7 rear wheel bearing where the bearing race had spun in the Snowflake wheel, wearing a grove where the bearing race seated.
Cut a strip of from beer can, wrapped it around the bearing, a coating of JB Weld. Let the glue set up over night. Repacked the bearing with fresh grease, added a shim to the bearing pack made out of the rest of the beer can.
Rode the bike home from New Mexico to Minnesota with no problem. Stop every 5-10 miles for the first hundred miles and felt the rear hub, it was staying cool, after that I checked it for play every time I stop for gas, the bearing stayed just tight enought to where the bike handle well and the bearing stayed cool.
I think I could have continued to ride the bike with the beer can shimmed rear bearing, but replaced the Snowflake with a newer model with the cast in steel insert, just to be safe.

Car with rusted out floor boards, L60-14 on the back (remember letter sizes?). When the police lit you up you drop your can thru the hole(s) in the floor, wide tire flattens it. Slide the old license plate back over the hole with your foot, then you pop the emergency Pepsi cans open for when the cop makes it up to you. Has anyone ever drank from the pop with a stomach full of fresh beer? Instant monster belch. Not recommended.

Ahhh, redneck childhood. BTW, did you know it is illegal to drive barefoot in Kansas, or so I was told by the sheriff one night.

Temporary repair to broken sub frame. Two hose clamps on either end and placed over brake.

Fire-starter..

Cut off bottom 1" or so. Fill with white gas about 1/2" or so. Pile wood around it and light. Forget the kindling, this works way better...
