I don't claim to know much about bridges but it looks like a pretty common design. Now I need to go find the one you were talking about.

Well Saturday I went to Kansas city from Jeff City on 50. not to bad other than stops due to not having the right gloves. then I may have stayed a bit longer than I pland and got chased down by the storm on the way back to Jeff. Around tipton I stoped for fuel then the race was on. I made it before the roads froze but as you can see I picked up a few pounds of ice. As far as I can remamber this is the first time that I have riden in freezing rain.

here is a video I made with my cold shaking hands and also some blurry images.

Hey Mizzou fans, does anybody happen to have tonight's game on their DVR or Tivo? :ear

I took Stuboy, and at halftime my phone started going crazy with messages that we were on TV. I'd like to get a screen shot or clip of whatever they had up there. His Kindergarten class (not to mention grandparents, mom and I) would think that's just pretty cool.

    Anybody?

Heated grips have always made it bearable for me, but not when that cold and WET.. :eek1

actually once the freezing rain started is the only time I saw another bike. sport bike in fact. The heated grips and bit of wind protection from the hand guards was just about useless.

Thanks guys. It must be a guy thing most girls don't get it. Awesom or not what I was for sure was a fukken Popsicle! I should use this to rationalize blowing some bucks on some better winter riding gear.

I will be crossing the Mexican border into Baja later today and have posted my Spotwalla page if anybody wants to see where me and the Dingweeds are hanging out. We plan to camp tonight at Quadelupe Hot Springs---google that and check it out.

We will ride all the way to the tip of Baja and both of us will have ridden our WR250R's from the Arctic Ocean to the tip of Baja.

    I won't have any internet connection at all for quite a while---so can't respond to post's, PM's or e-mails.

    Adios'

    Hey Guys,

Tony K sent this to me, and many of you know Jeff (he's one of the good guys).

If don't know Jeff, you will still enjoy it.
