    Hi Darryl,

my pair of 'Seahawks' arrived today, all the way to the Low Countries. Yeah! :clap

They really look and feel nice, solid build and top notch finish. :thumb

Over the next two weeks I must try and find some time to mount them (should not be that hard) and figure out the best way to operate them through the KTM Euro light switch (will take some figuring out to how and where that switch routes 12V and ground).
I intend to set it up to switch the leds off/dimmed/100% and integrate them as much as possible with the existing wiring. So instead of just cutting off the connector, try and use the 'outputs' where the KTM accessory leds are supposed to connect and sse if I can find a connector to hook up the Skene at that position.

Will post my results for those interested!

30 watts on high and 20 watts on low. Lumen output is listed at 3000 but Off Road Rider(seller) says its probably more like 2000. Cant help you on heat output.

I just preordered 2 for my Tiger. Would have been nice to see some comparison pics but oh well. As long as they are better on *high* than SilverStar Ultras I'm good.

Oh, and I'll post comparo pics for you when I get them. :deal

I'm all in Loren. I've ordered SilverStar Ultras too. I'll have a 3 way shoot out online as soon as everything shows up. What the heck, my little Honda car takes the same bulbs so I'll be better off with any outcome.

Good stuff! I was just yanking that chain...
I've got a PIAA something or other in right now, but when I get a debit card again (compromise issue) I will get one of these. The brand (??) that I have on the forks have pretty well made me a believer (the monkees stole that from me:lol3), Kinda feel like I'm a wimp for not coming to the meet up w/augie, but he missed out on getting lost less than 25 miles from home with me.....

if those spec's are correct this would be a legit replacement for std H4. that would deliver about same performance as stock 55/65 watt H4 of 1100 lumen for low .. 1700 lumen for high beam.

saving 35watt on low beam really adds up for charging systems with marginal output like BMW airheads.

    Hi,
H7 and H3 for a ktm 990 adventure are available?
    Can fit without problem?
Could I expect the same performaces of the oem bulbs?
    Thanks

    Its about 200 ft.
Note the distance of the light is mostly due to the reflector.
Your bike might have a better or worse reflector than this KTM 990

You should expect much better performance than a halogen bulb in any given reflector.

I think everyone will report back with far better performance than with any halogen bulb.

We do not have H7 or H3 bases at this time. I installed one in my personal 990 by making a slight mod to my headlight.

Off Road Ryder does your H-4 replacement module put out lumens equal to standard 55/65watt H-4 bulb?

It will provide substantially more. Guaranteed.
Typ an H4 halogen bulb puts out around 1200 lumens on high beam. Some bulbs are a bit higher with some a bit lower.
The leds used in this Module are capable of 1200 Lm each, 3600 total. However these are not driven at max output. our claim is 2500 on high.

That # has been bumped up a bit since I started this thread.

I am glad to hear that. I am not expecting any kind of miracle. My lighting is so poor right now that I would do just as well with a couple of AA flashlights taped to the front forks.
