OK hosers, I can't seem to find anyone (Wo)Man enough to ride Donner on Friday, so I'm going to be a parasite on someone else's Adventure.

I'm penciling in Donner for next Wednesday (12/5). I've never ridden Donner in December before.

We decided on Captain Jacks instead of Donner last Friday.

New date for Donner: This Wednesday, December 5.

    Any takers?

Damn. I was hoping for an opportunity to have some serious F2F discussions about how badly you treated your ex. :evil

I'm waiting on some parts for a client.
If they get here tomorrow I can do Donner on Wed.
If they don't get here until wed I won't have time for Donner due to the distances involved.

I might be able to swing it. What time are you setting out and what's the staging area? How long of a ride?

You know how it is with me - too many other irons in the fire to take a FULL day for myself.

Same here. I would like to go but still not sure if I can fit it in. Probably couldn't get up there until 10ish.

10am side stands up at the base of Moody Hill. ( 40.571034,-105.347999 )

Ride can be as short as 3 hours, or as long as 6 hours. There are multiple bail out points.

I'm still in. Got clearance from work so I'm good. Still the same start location as previously posted? I'm plated & stickered - so good to go!

Despite what the USFS site says, all the gates on Moody and Crystal were still open. We got in a nice loop. Riding from my driveway, I had 95 miles on the clock at the end of the day. I ran the heated jacket on the way up. Double jersey-no jacket riding weather once we got on the single track.

Bummed I missed it, but Shearboy says he'll wipe the hill up with me next week. Hope it doesn't snow much cause I know there's no talking him out of it then.
