Cool... I will have to pop down.

The chap who owns it gave us a 'toot' ... I remarked that people would hear it and say - 'Look out there's a clown coming!'
To which he replied - 'and they wouldn't be far wrong!' Lol! :D

A small bit of luck .... Suzuki have been running a feature on their UK site for people to post pics of their Suzukis and they would pick the best 50 to put on the wall of their stand at the big NEC 'Motorcycle Live' show in Birmingham that's just opened this week... and they picked two of mine! :D.

Here is the wall of pics ...mine are bottom left (Sarah on the A81) and bottom right (my 1000 in front of graffiti)...:freaky

    On the stand...

    Terry,

We are basking in a mini 'heatwave' ourselves at the moment ..the temps were up at 8C this morning with no frost or ice for a change! - Time to break out the 'Barbi' ! :D

Warmer days ...back in summer on a balmy, tropical afternoon in the centre of Aberfeldy

Congrats on the pics Kam, well deserved.

It is getting chilly here in S.Dakota (-6C for todays high / -15C tonight) but we'll enjoy the 'warm' temps while they last. Terry shows up every year to rub our noses in it, thanks Pal! :D

Thanks guys - I don't think it's a great achievement, - but it was nice, none the less, to get a couple of pics on the Suzuki wall.

Cheers mate - I will happily put up with a crappy winter as long as we get a glorious summer next year :deal.....with lots more days like this one - the 20th June when we had temps hitting 30C ! By a stroke of luck it was the day Sarah and I headed off to Sanna Bay, what a great day it was too ...by early morning we were already up at Glen Coe on near empty roads and clear skies...:D

Hello Kam, just enjoying my usual Saturday morning browse through the thread while also half watching the news on the telly, terrible scenes from the helicopter crash incident in Glasgow mate, on a brighter note hope you and Sarah enjoy your cycle ride today if your out and about.

Hi mate, yes, although we live just a few a few miles down the river from the scene of the accident the first I knew of it was this morning when I was out early to Morrisons to get some fresh morning rolls for our sandwiches today and I saw the headlines across all the newspaper's front pages ...I was like 'WTF'! :huh

Terrible and sad news. Condolences to all those who have lost loved ones and hoping those still in hospital with serious injuries make full recoveries.

It's just such a weird thing to be sitting in a pub ..and the next thing you know a helicopter comes through the ceiling! :eek1

Sarah and I regularly cycle past the Clutha Vaults on our cycle rides when we head down through Glasgow Green along the river. Not going to be quite the same in future.

..and thanks, yes - we did get out for our regular cycle today up the side of Loch Lomond from Balloch to Tarbet and back.......

    from today....

Hi Fraser, yes - terrible as it is, considering the accident happened on a Friday evening at 10:25 (when the pub would have been packed) it's amazing that a lot more people weren't killed. :eek1
