I'm pretty sure I'm out. My supervisor at work wants me to be in the shop for Sunday, the only way for me to get back in time for work is to leave the city at 4am.

Plenty of room. Spent the day sourcing ingredients...anchos, etc. from Essex Mkt and carne from Western Beef. Think 40lbs of sub-primal cuts ... gonna start prepping up some chili mojo over the next few days. Doing it straight-up Texas-style this year. No beans, and no tomato.

Sorry no elk this season. That's just the nature of hunting, I guess. If anyone has dietary restrictions like vegetarian, vegan, kosher, gluten or nut allergies, etc... you're welcome to bring somfin', or order delivery . I heard a rumor kelamity is bringing vegetarian chili again. I'm simplifying my prep by putting everything you'd ever want to eat along with chili either in the cole slaw, or the corn bread, both of which should be vegetarian-friendly. Now that I think of it, the chili will be gluten-free.

Got a couple of cases of beer, wine, soda and bottled water, pretzels and such left over from the holidays to get things started. We'll have coolers with ice if you're bringing anything that needs chillin'. Weather isn't looking too bad so far.

Hope to attend this year after the show. I'll try and figure out something interesting to bring.
