I'm sorry about that, unfortunately FedEx has what they call an ODA (out of delivery area) for which they charge an extra $15 based on our fee structure. If the second character of your postal code is a one or a zero, that is what they classify as an ODA. Instead of passing the $15 charge on, we decided to only offer Canada Post to those locations to save our customers a few bucks (we still subsidize the shipping the same amount). It affects small percentage of our customers, but we are seriously all ears if there is a better solution If you have any suggestions on how we can handle this better or more transparently, please let me know!

We are hearing scattered reports from a few customers regarding the powered mount and power connection on the Zumo 590 not operating optimally. If anyone has had this experience, would you mind sending over any issues? I will compile and pass these on to Garmin engineering directly. It appears to only be a small number of units, but it is worth our attention. Anyone affected will receive a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is hardware related. Thanks!
